SolverPI-Resin 6002 is produced by  SOLVER POLYIMIDE which has good machinability. It can be mould pressing,injection molding, extrusion molding.The themoplastic polymide can be reprocessed and mixed with graphite,carbon black,fiberglass,ceramic powder,carbon fiber,aramid fiber,metal powder,molybdenum disulfide,invisible material and so on to change its characters,producing the bearing,valve,seal part,pipe panel all kinds of mechine parts,and invisible marterial.

·High heat resistence.Can be long-uesd in temperature>300℃.

·Excellent lubricity.Low COFand low frictional loss.

·High insulation,low Coefficient of Linear Thermal Expansion,deformation resistence,acid and alkalicresistence,salt tolerance,non-corroding.

·Radiation resistant.N appearance change under the 200kGyirradiatiin of ray.

Extremely low hydroscopicity.Resistence to water wapor,no hydrolysis.

·Low thermalconductivity.Good thermal insulation properties,low calorific value when it runs up.

·The low dielectyic constant.High impedance,no reflection to radar,good base material of invisible material.

·Fire retardant level FV-level 0.

   With the superior property,the ZTS-PI-I can be used in petrochemical industry,mining machinery,precision machinery,automobile industry,micro-electronic device,medical apparatus and instruments,aviation,aerospace,guided missile,naval vessels and so on.
