Application: SovlerPI-Powder 2800 is suitable for molding a variety of bearing, sleeve, gear box,mould, electronic components with characteristics of high temperature resistance, good toughness, flame retardant, can partially replace USA DuPont Vespel ® product.

 

Compare to SovlerPI-Powder 1800, SovlerPI-Powder 2800 improved toughness and high temperature resistant performance. SovlerPI-Powder 2800 can be used to produce pure products, and satisfy the follow-up processing etc.. Toughness temporarily to 20~30KJ/m^2. Our goal is to close the DuPont Vespel, breaking the monopoly position in the thermosetting market.

Compare SovlerPI-Powder 1800 and SovlerPI-Powder 2800, the most obvious difference is that SovlerPI-Powder 2800  can form a separate (pure material products), high toughness, Charpy unnotched impact machinecan reach 30KJ/m2, easy processing, can be comparable with DuPont Vespel ®. High temperature resistant performance is similar between SovlerPI-Powder 1800 and SovlerPI-Powder 2800, see table. DuPont Vespel ® has been used for aircraft engine parts. When we composite SolverPI-Powder 2800 with other material, SolverPI-Powder 2800 itself is the base material. Currently most popular composite material is graphite by which to modify PI performance as below products:
